We worked with the architect’s vision when installing this custom, locally quarried, natural Flagstone walkway (no manufacturing or chemicals). It is dry laid which means it can move slightly with the change of seasons and not crack. A deep and compact crushed gravel base means it won’t heave either. The gaps between each stone piece are less than 1/2” for safety and ease of shoveling and filled in with a product to limit weed growth. Strategic LED lighting throughout the arbor provides added safety and ambiance. The beauty as can be seen in the photos, is really nothing short of artwork – that natural patterns, textures, and variations in color are stunning.
